Kriss Garcia is fire chief of American Fork (Utah) Fire & Rescue. He retired as a battalion chief from the Salt Lake City Fire Department, where he worked for over 25 years. He’s written a number of training materials in regard to Positive Pressure Attack and is considered to be one of the biggest pioneers for the tactic.
