Gulf Fire launch video earns students a distinction
MDM Publishing Ltd was delighted to have been chosen to work with two students from Yeovil College undertaking their BTEC Level 3 Media Course. Back in December 2015 the College contacted local businesses looking for support for the students in their final assignment.
MDM were keen to support the local community and saw this as a great opportunity. MDM Director Dave Staddon said, “We are a global publisher but never forget that are roots are firmly planted in idyllic Somerset and saw this as an ideal opportunity to forge a relationship with our local college.”
Students Rosie Philpott and Charlie Hutchings were commissioned to produce MDM a promotional video which highlighted the launch of the company’s newest publication ‘Gulf Fire.’ They spent three months working with the MDM team to scope the project and undertake everything required to produce the finished result.
Neil Wallington, Editor of Gulf Fire commented, “Rosie and Charlie were a pleasure to work with, their professional approach and attention to detail will ensure that they have a bright future in front of them.”
The finished result can be viewed below.
