Easier, quicker and more information than ever – that’s what Pyroguard customers are experiencing with the fire resistant glass manufacturer’s brand new website at www.pyroguard.eu. The new website places emphasis on educating Pyroguard’s stakeholders, including architects, project partners and trade customers. There will also be industry news, events, case studies and help on selecting the most appropriate fire resistant glass for a project.
A highlight for customers will be the Product Selector tool, which aims to make the specification process much more streamlined by providing quicker access to find the right fire resistant glass and downloadable access to technical specifications. In addition, impact classifications, U values and acoustic properties will all be available at the click of a button, making it more convenient for customers to choose and make informed specification decisions.
For those projects that require technical consultation, the online Project Questionnaire will enable customers to get advice directly from the Pyroguard team on the best solution for their project. If the customer submits the requirements of their project, a member of the team will provide a rapid suggestion on appropriate fire resistant glass solutions.
Steve Goodburn, Sales Director at Pyroguard comments: “Feedback from our customers showed that there was a real need in the market for a ‘one-stop-shop’ for information on fire resistant glazing. Our aim is to provide the most comprehensive set of online tools and resources for fire resistant glass processors and specifiers. We are confident the new website will meet customers’ expectations and match the company’s ‘First in Fire Glass’ vision.”
